This Voltage Regulator IC comes inCut Tape (CT) packaging. A TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA case is used for packaging. In terms of output type, Fixed is what the Regulator IC produces. The electronic part implements 1 regulators in total. IC Regulator is possible to alter the range of the operating temperature of Surface Mount in the device. The IC voltage regulator must be maintained at -20°C~80°C degrees for it to function. It has been configured that the output function of this IC regulator is Positive. There is an output of 3.5A at the moment. The regulator has a total of 1 outputs to make sure that it delivers prompt, sufficient outputs. The dropout voltage of the regulator IC is 10 volts. If the temperature is below 80°C, it is recommended that you utilize this feature. Temperatures below -20°C are not allowed on the chip.
