MP4560DN-LF-Z Overview
It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. This harley voltage regulator has 8 terminations. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package to save space. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. DC-DC switching regulators reach Up to 2MHz switching frequencies. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3.8V. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the output voltage (Min/Fixed) equates to 0.8V. As a result of the 260 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible. The voltage regulator 12v is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 12V for operation. Voltage can be produced at 52V volts by voltage regulator. During switching regulator operation, 8 pins are used. For this switching regulator, it is recommended that the output voltage is at least 800mV volts. Voltage regulator's maximal output current reaches 2A A to meet the operation requirements. The maximal output voltage of 52V allows DC DC switching regulator to be operated easily. A maximum voltage of 52V can be obtained from the regulator voltage. Switching regulators operate at 55V supply voltages.
