MC65Y103B Overview
Thermistors manufactured by NTC are packaged as Bulk. For convenience, it is included in the Bead package. When using NTC thermistors, resistance tolerance is ±0.1°C. When setting NTC thermistors to -40°C~105°C, it will ensure reliable performance. Temperatures below 150°C can be reliably used with NTC thermometers. In order to preserve reliability, NTC thermistors should not be operated at temperatures below -40°C. It's 25mW power that the NTC thermistors can put out. In general, NTC thermistors can keep their maximum power dissipation at 25mW.
