When setting NTC thermistors to -40°C~105°C, it will ensure reliable performance. NTC thermistors work reliably at 150°C as their maximum operating temperature. NTC thermistors can operate at a minimum temperature of -40°C without compromising reliability. In a NTC thermistor, the maximum power is set to 25mW.
