KA75420MTF Overview
This power management consists of 3 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Packaging is in the form of a Tape and Reel. For your reference, this IC power includes a list of 1 functions. There are 1 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of SOT-89-3 functions. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset, Voltage Detector products as well. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. IC management conducts in a 5.25V-voltage supply. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. There are a total of 3 pins on power management. 4 pins are on the supervisor. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 300mV for this IC power.
