HTCCGDC Overview


In order to package it as a clock IC, the Bulk package is used. The 14-CDIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package embeds this Clock PLL. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Clock, Crystal. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. 20MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Through Hole. Clock PLL works with 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage provided. Test statistics estimate a temperature of -55°C~225°C, which should be set as the ambient temperature. There are several logic levels in CMOS, TTL logic that can be used with this clock generator. Clock Generator is the type of electrical part that this component is classified as.
