DC95F302ZN Overview
Thermistors from NTC come in the form of a Bulk package. I have included it in package Bead for convenience. To make NTC thermistors work, the resistance tolerance is ±0.2°C. NTC thermistors should be set to -80°C~150°C temperature in order to provide reliable performance. NTC thermistors work reliably at 150°C as their maximum operating temperature. It is recommended that NTC thermistors operate at a minimum temperature of -80°C for relibility reasons. As a result, the NTC thermistors set a maximum power of 75mW. It is possible for NTC thermistors to operate at a maximum power dissipation of 75mW.
