When using NTC thermistors, the temperature should be set to -80°C~150°C to ensure reliable operation. A maximum operating temperature of 150°C ensures that NTC thermistors can operate reliably. It's best to operate NTC thermistors at -80°C for reliability. In a NTC thermistor, the maximum power is set to 75mW. Temperature sensors are capable of dissipating a maximum of 75mW of power.
