A maximum operating temperature of 125°C is required for the reliable operation of NTC thermistors. A NTC thermistor can operate at a temperature of -40°C for reliability. The NTC thermistors can set a maximum power of 100mW. In general, NTC thermistors can keep their maximum power dissipation at 100mW.
