AOZ6238QT Overview


Shipping overseas is convenient due to the electrical component's packing in 10-UFQFN. High reliability is ensured by the advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). A switch device like this is mounted in Surface Mount. Multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits have a number 2:1. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C TA are extended for operation.
