3DA100J Overview
In the package of a Bulk, NTC thermistors are contained. In order to make things easier, it is included in the package Disc, 7.6mm Dia x 1.5mm W. To make NTC thermistors work the resistance tolerance must be ±10%. NTC thermistors should be set to -55°C~150°C temperature in order to provide reliable performance. Temperatures above 300°C allow NTC thermistors to operate reliably. In order to preserve reliability, NTC thermistors should not be operated at temperatures below -55°C. The NTC thermistors can set a maximum power of 1W.
