As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. A Clock PLL is included with the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. A clock generator's input is called Clock and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. 3GHz is the maximal value for normal operation. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 2.85V~3.15V. By calculating the test statistics, -40°C~85°C is the appropriate ambient temperature. There are several logic levels in Clock logic that can be used with this clock generator.
